Elana Human
Elana has over 30 years of experience in work assessment. She applies her knowledge and skills to help employees and organizations address issues related to productivity and disability. She has worked with the insurance industry and in medico-legal cases. Elana is a Faculty Member of WorkWell USA where she trains Occupational Therapists on standardized testing protocols. She is also a member of the South African Occupational Therapy Association.
Ayesha Mahomed
Ayesha is an OT with over 20 years experience in clinical rehabilitation, medicolegal work, FCE, workplace assessments and facilitating reasonable accommodation in various sectors including the mining industry. She has worked both locally and internationally. She has presented workshops in hand rehabilitation and served on the OT Licensure Board of Abu Dhabi. Recognized for her objective, evidence-based reporting, clinical expertise and practical workplace solutions, she values mentorship and professional growth.
